To reset your Materialise license data, please follow these steps:
- Close all Materialise applications.
- Under Windows services, stop the following services, if they are present:
- Materialise Local License Server [version number]
- Materialise Floating License Server [version number]
- Materialise Build Processor System
- Any other services starting with “Materialise”
3. Make sure that you have full control (read, write, and modify permissions) for the entire folder C:\ProgramData\Materialise\LicenseFiles
Remove all files from the following folder: C:\ProgramData\Materialise\LicenseFiles
4. Under Windows services, start the Materialise services, that were previously stopped.
After performing these steps, your previously registered Materialise licenses will be removed.
