The End-User Portal has two types of users, each with specific roles and permissions:
1. Portal Admin Users
Overview: Portal Admins are assigned by your organization and have the highest level of access in the portal.
Key Responsibilities of a Portal Admin:
- Manage entitlements.
- Manage devices.
- Add and manage other users (both Portal Admins and Portal Users).
How You Become a Portal Admin:
- Your organization designates you as a Portal Admin.
- You will receive an email from the End-User Portal containing:
- A temporary password.
- Login instructions.
Important Note: The first Portal Admin User is designated during the sales agreement. Only Portal Admins can add or modify additional users.

2. Portal Users
Overview: Portal Users have standard access to manage specific features but cannot manage other users.
Key Responsibilities of a Portal User:
- Manage entitlements.
- Manage devices.
How You Become a Portal User:
- Your organization designates you as a Portal User.
- You will receive an email from the End-User Portal containing:
- A temporary password.
- Login instructions.
Limitations:
- Portal Users cannot add or manage other users.
- However, they can view a list of Portal Admins to contact them when needed.
