Follow these simple steps to reset your password quickly:

Step 1: Access the Login Screen

1. Open the End-User Portal using the provided URL or your bookmark.
2. If the email field is empty, enter your email address.

Step 2: Start the Reset Process

1. Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ button.
   

Step 3: Check for Confirmation

1. A confirmation message will appear, indicating your password reset request has been submitted.
   

Step 4: Look for the Reset Email

1. Check your inbox for an email titled "Password Reset Notification" from the Materialise End-User Portal.
2. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5: Use the Temporary Password

1. Open the email and click on the link provided.
2. Log in using your email address and the temporary password from the email.
   

Step 5: Create a New Password

1. You’ll be prompted to create a new password:
   • Enter the temporary password in the first row.
   • Enter your new password in the second row.
   • Confirm your new password in the third row.
2. Click Continue.
   
   
   

Step 6: Answer the Security Question

1. Provide the answer to your security question and click Continue to finalize the reset process.
