You might have heard in the news about a new Windows security flow affecting the Windows Print Spooler service, dubbed PrintNightmare in the press.
The Print Spooler is a service that runs by default on Windows, and the threat stems from bugs in the Windows Print Spooler, which provides printing functionality inside local networks.
Since we don't make use of this service in our products (Streamics, Magics, BP, etc.), there's no impact on our software if you want to stop the Print Spooler service.
