When Will I See Changes to My licenses?
If you've requested changes to your license, when and how these changes appear depends on the type of update:
Changing the Quantity
Changes to the quantity will be visible starting from the effective date you selected for the change.
Adding a New software
You’ll receive the Activation ID immediately in your order confirmation email. You can activate it right away.
However, if the start date of the license is set in the future, it will only become active and usable from that date onwards.
Swapping One Software for Another
- Ending the Old Software: The cancellation date of the current software will be updated based on your requested stop date, with an additional 2 days included. This gives you time to complete the transition. These changes will be immediately reflected in your portal and in the activation wizard on your device.
- Starting the New Software: This follows the same process as Adding a New Software (see above).
