How to request a refund for Essential’s subscriptions.



You can request a refund up to 14 days after the payment date, no refund will be granted after 14 days.

To request a refund: Click on Option & Help then My Account

Submit the email address used to buy the subscription/order number to get an access link OR log in if you already created an account on 2Checkout.

 

You should receive an email with the access link (check the Junk/Spam folders), click on it:

You’ll be directed to the Orders Overview page. Click on the desired order, and a refund button will show up:



Justify your request and click 'Request refund':

Send an email to magics.essentials@materialise.com informing us about the refund request. We’ll check it and approve if applicable.
